Catched a mouse

Some nights before I was going to the toilet and on the way I heard a strange sound from the kitchen,

I put the light on and a saw a little mouse sitting on our dining table.

We stared at each other for nearly a minute and

 then she jumped on the chair and at the floor and vanished behind our sink.

The day after I got a live catch trap and catched her with a peanut

I let her free and hope she found a new home
