Little Dolls with blinking? hearts ♥

Found these little dolls on ebay a while ago and trying to find out their name
Does anyone know?
The only hint I have is that they were produced by Hasbro
And what is that little metal thing in her hand? Can their hearts blink?

Long time not posted anything...
I was on a flea market last month and found an orange blow drier ( 4 euro ) from the late 60ies or 70ies, 2 old milk and water or whatever plastic bottles ( 2 euro) and tatatata: Jurassic Park glasses ( 2 euro )!!!
